Our Mission
To function as the National Focal Point for monitoring and evaluation of all development policies, programmes and projects of Government, to ensure results.
In line with the Mahinda Chintana policy frame work, Government has initiated development programmes and projects in all provinces to address specific development needs of the regions of the country, during 2010 -2016. Financial assistance from various foreign development partners and the revenue of the Government are invested in these projects and programs to achieve a balanced regional development. This report, tabled in the Parliament at the Budget discussions – 2012, contains expected results of these development initiatives and their performance. |
